Real Results for Real Cases Across Southeastern Massachusetts

I don't traffic in vague promises or aggregate totals inflated by cases I didn't handle. What you'll find here are documented outcomes from the cases I've personally worked — everyday injury claims resolved for real people in southeastern Massachusetts.

  • 12 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience

  • Negotiation-first approach — most cases resolve before filing suit

  • No fee unless I recover for you

  • House calls, Zoom, and coffee shop meetings available

  • Personal handling on every case, you work with me, not a case manager

What These Numbers Actually Mean

Big firms post billion-dollar banners. Those figures include class actions, mass torts, and cases litigated over years by teams of attorneys. My results are different by design. Every case on this page was handled by me directly — negotiated, managed, and resolved without handing you off to a paralegal. These are the kinds of cases you're probably dealing with right now.

Most of these outcomes were reached through pre-suit negotiation, not courtroom litigation. That's not a shortcut — it's a deliberate strategy that saves clients time, reduces uncertainty, and in most cases produces comparable or better compensation than a drawn-out lawsuit.

Frequently Asked Questions About My Results

  • Are these settlement amounts guaranteed for my case?

No settlement outcome can be guaranteed — every case turns on its own facts, the severity of your injuries, available insurance coverage, and the strength of the evidence. These figures are published to give you an honest picture of the kinds of outcomes I've achieved in cases similar to yours, not as a promise of what your case will produce.

  • Why do most of your results come from pre-suit negotiation rather than trials?

Because negotiating first is almost always faster, less expensive, and less stressful for the client — and in most personal injury cases, it produces a comparable recovery to what a trial would yield. I go to court when the insurer won't move to a fair number. But I don't manufacture litigation to justify a fee.

  • Do you handle smaller cases, or only high-value claims?

I handle the full range of personal injury cases — including claims that a larger firm might turn away because the economics don't support a team of attorneys. My low overhead means I can work cases that deserve attention but don't carry a seven-figure ceiling.

  • How long do personal injury cases in Massachusetts typically take to resolve?

Most of my cases resolve within 6 to 18 months of the date of loss, depending on when treatment concludes and how the insurer responds to the demand. Cases that require suit can take longer. I give every client a realistic timeline at the start — not an optimistic one.

  • What types of injury cases do you handle?

I handle car accidents, slip and fall, workplace injuries, motorcycle and truck accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, and dog bites across southeastern Massachusetts. I also represent medical providers on PIP collection claims statewide.
